Shipping Details
We offer domestic and international delivery services. Our delivery is a next day delivery service and it makes delivery on Monday – Friday.
We currently using Poslaju Malaysia and DHL courier as our main service courier.
All orders will be process within 2-3 working days. Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order.

Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.

1. Returns Policy
All purchases made through Natasha Ameer are final and there are no returns/refunds for except DEFECT ITEM. Refund only if item was SOLD OUT. Items return must be an UNWASHED, UNALTERED and UNWORN condition WITH ALL TAGGED ATTACHED. Return of items must be made within 3 days after the item received (insert your receipt together). Exchange of size, design and colour is not acceptable. Unfortunately, we could not take responsibility for the shipping costs incurred to return exchange items to us through mail.
2. Sales Items
We do not accept returns/exchanges on any sales items purchased during our Sale period. Items purchased during our Sale period are final.
3. Defective / Faulty Items
This is mightily embarrassing and we will have them all covered. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and will make it up to our customers in any possible ways! Please drop us an email or call with the following details:

- The matter of the issue (defective/faulty)
- Pictures or videos, whichever applicable
- Store Credit / Exchange with same item.
